We want to take a moment to address recent news regarding the bankruptcy filings of five former Emory entities. These filings are related to the legacy Emory companies that existed prior to our acquisition in November 2024.


It’s important to be clear that Emory DI, LLC, the company that purchased and now operates the Emory Dry Ice business, is not part of these bankruptcy proceedings. Emory DI, LLC is a completely separate and financially independent company — with new leadership, new systems, and a renewed commitment to excellence.


Since our formation, Emory DI, LLC has redefined what success looks like in our industry. In less than a year, we’ve built a stronger, more efficient, and more customer-focused organization.
